Annual Dinner – March 13th
The annual membership dinner is where we conduct our business for the year. We hold our election of officers, and honor those that have contributed to the city and schools. This event is a great opportunity to network with other business owners and catch up on what is new. Most members participate in this event.

An after-hours networking activity for local businesses to welcome the business owners to visit and learn more about you and your business.

Memorial Day Parade – May 28th
A local parade to celebrate what we have to be thankful for in America, and to remember our loved ones that have served to make us free.
Farmer’s Market Every Saturday – May thru October
The Otsego Farmers Market is open every Saturday from May through October. Local farmers and growers bring seasonal vegetables and fruits. Located in the Church of God parking lot at the corner of M-89 and Kalamazoo Street. Hours are 8:00 am – 1:00 pm. There is no charge to the vendors to bring produce and sell.
City Wide Garage Sale -June 14th & 15th
Each year, the City of Otsego allows the Chamber to sponsor a City Wide Garage Sale that waives the license fees. Families have their Garage Sale on that Friday and Saturday and it draws “purchasers” from all around South Western Michigan. Join the fun and unload some of those “family treasures.” Plan your sale for the 3rd weekend in June.
Otsego Creative Arts Festival – September 22nd
Our Otsego “City Celebration” is held the 4th weekend of September every year. A full Saturday of fun with family oriented activities, and something for everyone. The list includes: Live entertainment on stage, Parade, Food vendors, Car Show, Motorcycle Show, Antique Tractor Display, Arts and Crafts Fair, Farmers Market, Children’s Fun Festival, Inflatable slide/bouncers, Fireman’s Water Ball tournament, and Business Booths. Come down and enjoy the “Fair-like atmosphere.”
Trail for Treaters – October 31st
Downtown businesses invite the cities little ones to come downtown for a “safe” trick-or-treat session with the downtown and area businesses. The Fire Department will screen the candy for the children to make sure it is safe, and we have the police slowing the traffic and stopping vehicles so the children can cross the street.
Christmas Parade – December 7th
Men in uniform, marching bands, floats, fire trucks and of course, Santa all on parade to celebrate the Holiday season. This is a very popular event for the community. We have hundreds of spectators cheering the parade on while the participants hand out candy to the children.
Visit with Santa Claus – December 7th
After the Christmas Parade, the children of town are invited to the Chamber of Commerce office to have warm cider and cookies with Santa and where they have the chance to whisper their wish list to Santa.
